Who turned the lights off?
Can anyone spot what all these buildings in central Bracknell have in common, apart from the 1,000′s of pigeons perched on the ledges?
None of them have any lights on. That is because there is nobody in occupation. Homes and offices, all empty.
What excuse will Bracknell Forest Council come up with this time. Watch this space, you may have to wait several years though.
